To make sure that everyone is on the same platform when we do the workshop, we have build a fixed Virtual Machine for everyone. This VM will contain everything that you'll need for all the programming workshop as well as learning how to program (C during the workshop).
The following document contains the full detail instruction on how to install the VM onto your personal laptop. It's been indicated that currently, all students who has shown interest all have access to their own computer. If you run into any problem trying to install the VM, please post a follow up in this thread and state fully the problem that you have run into and we will attempt to help you resolved any problem at best we could.
