Gimpshop is basically Gimp with a Photoshop-like User Interface. [Gimp is an Open Source Photo Editing programs that can also be used to edit/create non-vectored based graphics. The power to tools such as Photoshop/Gimp is in their use of filters to extends/add additional functionalities.]
