Hi All,
Time again for FTC events in New Hampshire. This year NH is actually its own entity, and in February will be holding our first ever NH FIRST Tech Challenge State Championship!!
We were not able to do leagues this year, but will be following that format as last year with 4 scrimmages and then all NH teams will go to the State Championship.
The scrimmages are:
October 29 - UNHM
November 19 - UNHM
December 10 - UNHM
January TBD
State Championship
February 18 in Wolfeboro
Another cool thing is that along with the first two scrimmages we will be holding workshops across the street at FIRST place. Also since we now have over 20 teams (YEA), we will be having 1/2 the team's scrimmage in the morning and 1/2 in the afternoon. For the first 2 events 1/2 will do workshops in the morning and then swap with those doing scrimmages. We could use some workshop help, especially in the morning when the rookie teams will be working to get a moving robots.
The schedule will be - first scrimmage 8:30am - 12:30pm and second scrimmage 1:30pm to 5pm, we will provide snack and lunch to volunteers!
Got to VIMS, click on FTC and then select NH. You will see all our events. The scrimmages appear in there twice right now so use the ones that have the format of 'FIRST Tech Challenge Scrimmage 1 – UNH-Manchester'
